The Caves de São João cellars needs no introduction. We stand before one of the oldest places in activity, with an impressive wine history, close to its 100th anniversary, as it was founded in 1920!
In 1971, it acquired the Poço do Lobo farm and, ever since then, there were plenty of high-quality wines introduced to the market by the Caves, on top of the incredible longevity those wines have!
The one I’m presenting, off the Cabernet Sauvignon caste, is just one excellent example of that! Incredible freshness and joviality, a wine that seems eternal, I’d risk another 10 years without a blink. Wines made to resist the test of time!
