Produced from the Arinto caste, with a 5-year bottle stage before its degorgement, this Encontro Special Cuvée, according to the producer, “shows a crystalline appearance, with a thin persistent bubble, abundant crown, critina colour, complex, and intense in dried fruits, biscuit, toasted bread and white pulp fruit jelly. The taste itself is fruity, fresh, with a long persistence.”
